GreaterGood.org recently announced an expansion of the Gifts That Give More [tm] program to benefit Nyaya Health.
Nyaya Health operates a hospital and mobile medical care services in Achham, a large district in Nepal and one of the poorest regions in South Asia. Nyaya provides essential primary care to the region, working in partnership with local government officials as part of an initiative to rebuild the public sector health system. Nyaya constructs healthcare infrastructure, trains local health workers, and provides direct medical services, employing an all-Nepali staff with supervision and training from volunteer public health experts.
New Gifts That Give More [tm] offered through GreaterGood.org and the GreaterGood Network of websites will provide donors with five new ways to support their efforts by directing micro-donations to the program that most appeals to them.
Gifts That Give More [tm] were created to enable visitors to GreaterGood.org and the GreaterGood Network of cause-related websites to provide direct support to charities or projects. Each Gift is created free of charge for the charity and the GreaterGood Network stores do not receive any profit from donations. Gifts are distributed as grants by GreaterGood.org.
